For over two decades, I’ve been navigating two parallel tracks: my professional journey and my personal passion. Balancing both has been challenging, with work often taking precedence (perhaps as an excuse), leaving my personal passion to lag behind without much growth or contribution.
At my core, I am deeply committed to people development. As an ENFJ, this aligns perfectly with my passion for working with individuals and fostering their growth through tools like the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory. I’ve had numerous successful interventions, and it’s incredibly rewarding when those I’ve worked with return years later to share their progress and successes.
In this final chapter of my journey, I aim to fully embrace my passion. Type-talking.com and Inicio Consulting will be the engines driving this next phase, allowing me to focus on what truly matters to me
